LACMA on a Friday Night

If it's Friday, it is time for the Los Angeles County Museum of Art free Jazz night and a time to roam the gallaries.  Seventy-nine year old trumpeter Bobby Bradford led his Motets in a rousing concert of jazz that set the mood for relaxation and fun.  Bradford teaches at Pasadena Community College and at Pomona College.

The museum is free on Friday evenings and during the summer is open until 11:00 pm.  So, there was plenty of time to roam around and check out the new things on the third floor of the Art of Americas Bldg. (AKA Anderson Bldg.)
