A Spooky Hollywood Halloween

On Wednesday evening we attended a party at the home of Beth and Rich Correll which was filled inside and out with Hollywood Horror film characters of original horror movie memorabilia.  rich has collected these items for years and is planning on opening a museum in Times Square in New He York.  He began his theatrical career at the age of eight appearing in over 100 TV shows including "Leave It to Beaver," and "Ozzie and Harriet."  Rich Correll is consisered the foremost expert in horror film history with acquaintances with Boris Karloff, Peter Lorre, Basil Rathbone, Vincent Price, Alfred Hitchcock, John Landis and others.  He hires actors to wear some of the costumes and his colleagues help install and light the creatures.  We also enjoyed film shorts from many horror films projected onto a huge screen in one of the rooms.
