The Queen Mary with Colleen, Trisha and Pete
Sunday was a beautiful day in Long Beach so we strolled the decks of the Queen Mary. Launched in 1937 and then refitted for a troop ship during WWII, it was refurbished and relaunched as a cruise ship in 1947 and retired in Long Beach in 1967. We enjoyed the 1930' decor and imagined ourselves st rolling the Promenade Deck with the rich and famous of the day.
